About Laura

Raised in a multi-generational farming family in Vancouver, Laura grew up with a deep reverence for the land that later led her into archaeology and heritage restoration, working with ancient sites and sacred structures around the world.

After a period of severe burnout and chronic illness beginning in 2012, Laura pivoted to Western Herbalism and began a personal healing journey that transformed her life’s work. When conventional approaches proved too harsh for her sensitive system, she discovered flower medicine — and her gift for working with flowers as messengers of healing and transformation.

Founded by Laura in 2015, Bare Energetics supports sensitives and intuitives in returning to their inner Temple and healing the roots of burnout and chronic illness. Her work weaves together flower medicine, trauma-informed nervous system healing, and energy and sound work to help clients:

- Heal from burnout, chronic illness, and nervous system dysregulation

- Understand and trust the body’s messages

- Move beyond hypersensitivity into intuitive embodiment

- Clear ancestral, energetic, and emotional blocks

- Build personal tools for energetic regulation and alignment

Since 2017, Laura has also facilitated international retreats and transformational gatherings, guiding participants through gentle, soul-led metamorphosis and embodied healing.

Laura currently lives in Calgary with her husband and two daughters.
